New Oz Sports Bar to open in Nottingham next month

A new Aussie sports bar is opening in Nottingham city centre with wall-to-wall action every day of the week.

Oz Sports Bar & Grill has announced it will open its doors on Friday October 13 having overhauled the former Up N Down Under bar in St James’s Street.

As well as serving breakfast, it promises punters “a sports bar experience like no other.”

Live sports will be shown from 10am every day with table service so you don’t have to miss a minute.

Premier League football will be shown, along with rugby, tennis, snooker and boxing across 42 screens.

Then there’s the food. Sports bar staples such as freshly cooked chicken wings and burgers will be on the menu.

It goes without saying there will be food challenges but these will “test even the biggest of appetites.” You have been warned.

Live music, drinks deals, student nights and party packages are in the offing too. For more information visit the Facebook page Oz Sports Bar & Grill.
