Watford are enjoying a stellar campaign, thanks in part to the fine form of Richarlison in the opening stages of the season.
The 20-year-old looks to have been a shrewd singing for the north London club, who snapped him up from Fluminense for around £11million in the summer.
However, he may not be at Vicarage Road for much longer with Chelsea and Tottenham both linked with moves for the Brazilian.
And the player himself has fuelled speculation of a move to Stamford Bridge with an intriguing message to Eden Hazard on Twitter this week.
Following Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Swansea, Richarlison bizarrely tweeted the Belgium international a picture of the pair.
The snap showed the Watford star jostling for the ball with Hazard from last month’s 4-2 win for the Blues at Stamford Bridge.
However, he gave no reason for the post in his caption, merely tagging the Blues star’s official account.
The message, however, has been read into by fans who believe it is a sign Richarlison is on his way to south-west London.
“You are always welcome here brother,” one supporter wrote.
“You know you will do well at Chelsea trust me… time to win big with one of the best clubs in the world,”…
